Support. THIS should be your main deciding factor. Does the host offer live 24/7 technical support? Do they offer both phone and live chat, or just one or the other? How responsive are they? Use 30 day or more "trial" periods as your testing period to see how well they do on support, and cancel if they suck at it. If something goes wrong or you can't figure something out, support will be much more important than large amounts of bandwidth and space.
